Terms and Conditions – KL iPhone Repair Service
By using our services at KL iPhone Repair Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Repair Services

We offer professional repair services for all major smartphone brands. Repair times may vary depending on the issue and part availability.

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before any repair. KL iPhone Repair Service is not liable for data loss during service.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage unrelated to the repair.

2. Warranty

All repairs include a limited 30-day warranty covering parts and labor.

This warranty applies to all repairs, including LCD screen, battery replacements, and other components.

The warranty does not cover any form of physical damage, liquid damage, accidental breakage, or misuse after the repair.

Warranty claims must be supported by the original receipt or valid proof of service.

All repaired parts and services are strictly non-refundable. Only warranty-covered issues may be eligible for rechecking or replacement within the 30-day period.

3. Used and New Phones
-
Used phones purchased from our shop come with a 30-day warranty that covers functional issues (not physical or water damage).

New phones come with a 1-year or 2-year manufacturer warranty, depending on the brand.
This warranty is handled directly by the brand’s authorized service center, not by KL iPhone Repair Service. -
All phone sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless required by law or for eligible warranty claims through the appropriate service channel.

4. Trade-Ins

Trade-in value depends on the device model, condition, and current market rates.

Devices must not be locked (iCloud, Google, FRP) and must not be reported lost or stolen.

Once accepted, trade-ins are non-refundable and non-returnable.

5. Accessories

All accessories are sold as non-refundable items.

Defective accessories may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if returned with the original receipt and packaging.

Exchanges apply only to genuine manufacturing defects, not user-caused damage.

6. Liability

KL iPhone Repair Service is not responsible for devices left unclaimed for over 30 days after completion. Unclaimed items may be recycled or resold.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or service misuse.

7. Payments

Payment is required in full upon completion of service or purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:
Cash, QR payments, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfer.
Credit and debit cards are also accepted, but are subject to a 3% to 5% surcharge, depending on the card’s issuing country or provider. -
All repair services and parts (LCD, battery, etc.) are strictly non-refundable, except where covered under the 30-day warranty.

Customer data collected during service is kept strictly confidential and used solely for internal service records, warranty tracking, and contact purposes.
